Codemasters Update

After the recent mammoth task of rescuing the entire existing archive from the brink of oblivion, comes the first proper update in around 7 years.

The information and scans in this update have been sitting in Compilation64 offline archive for about 6 years and never graced the pages of the old site, so can be considered 'new'.

And we've decided to give this update a bit of a theme; all the compilations updated or added here are from the '4 Quattro' range of budget publisher Codemasters.
